So, Ive been trying to use the other pcs in the office as render nodes which has worked out so far.

Ive been wondering though if the main machine, the manager if you will. Also renders or not?

I normally export my rhino model to the maxwell studio and from there I press "network rendering" but among the listed nodes it doesn't say my IP or I don't see any progress windows etc. Can somebody help me out here?

Did you start a node also on your Manager computer? As long as it has enough RAM there should be no problem running a render also on the computer that's running the Manager. You can also send a network render straight from Rhino with the blue looking icon in the main Maxwell toolbar.
