I own a copy (with maintenance plan in place till Nov/12) and it's just not a good fit for my pipeline and job requirements. I have a bunch of training materials as well, but I need to look into whether I can actually include that legally (probably not, would be my guess).

It's worth about $1500 to buy new. I'll sell it for $750 OBO. It's a great deal for someone, and e-on has said it's no problem to do.
