Hi,
Have a look at this: http://www.refocusimaging.com/. With a plenoptic camera model (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plenoptic_camera) like this, we could refocus images after render.
If it can be with a real camera, would it be hard to implement it in the maxwell camera model?
