I can't reproduce the error reliably. Lately, on a model I've been working the past week MXM works fine.

By the way, nice touch on making FormZ glass automatically a Maxwell glass.

Check in the views pallet in Form.Z there will be a view which has been created automatically delete the view and the problem should go!
