  Thank you all for your answers, questions, critics and good words. I'm sorry I could not answer before.

Mihai: I agree. Maybe I spent too much time in front of PC that day.
I will post it but, what's the point of maxwellianart.com? Just to show? Anyway I will be proud to do it.

Wagurto: Don't worry, it's not that hard. The settings are quite normal: Physical sky with sunlight in all of them with different hour of the day and month (sorry I can't remember exactly which day and month did I use in which).

Camera settings in the 1st one:
fStop: 8.66
Shutter Speed: 125
Lens: 35,3684mm

2nd one:
fStop: 2.0
Shutter Speed: 2100
Lens: 106,9259mm
With Circular diaphragm

3rd one:
fStop: 11.5
Shutter Speed: 135
Lens: 39,1599mm

Hervé: You are not stupid; clip map is not working, the leaves are 3d modeled.

devista: I prefer the second one too, but it looks the first one works better. ;)

ludi: Well I guess both things are in work there: left tree is green, but not as dark as it looks cause we see the shadowed side and right tree is mapped in a brownish yellow and we see the iluminated side.

oz42: Yes, just skylight and sunlight. As you talk about that concrete texture and another guy asked for it in a private message I'll share it (2138x1712 probably I got it from another web, but I can't remember now which was; maybe http://www.imageafter.com/ ):

damn... I hadnt noticed the small waterfall you have, I've been having real issues trying to get a convincing waterfall. Did you model it mate? Any assistance would be brilliant.

Yes, it's modeled. It has a dielectric mat applyed. I think that the most important things are the material of what is behind the waterfall and the length and frequency of the waves. In your case I think I would make the waves of the water a bit wider.

Hey that image looks very good. Keep on trying.

Very good work and really good texture.

Bravo!

Hervè: the trees are all 3d without use of CM... you can try to use Arbaro 2.0 java program open source... it work fine:

Pietro, I downloaded Arbaro but I found it quite hard to make it work. Could you explain in few words how to do it? I don't know which program should I use.

Thanks a lot.

@Fernando & wagurto

Hello guys,

I've just downloaded Arbaro and had a look at it. What you guys need first is
Java -> Windows? -> klick ... other? ... klick.

If you're done with downloading and installing Java, just doubleklick on
arbaro_gui.jar or open a shell change to arbaro dir and type:
java -jar arbaro_gui.jar.

Well, then just open a .xml file of a tree you like to play with and what should
I say .... the program is self-describing. :P :D ;)

Of course you should read the readme but you don't have to ... hehe. ;)

take care

Mmmm, Is there a way to export "arbaro"'s trees to something diferent to POV meshes?, something like .obj?

Thank's.

P.S.: Awesome renders also! :)

HI guys, thanks your reponses, I am jus curious how big are the files created by onxy trees or arbaro? I finally could used the arbaro software and I did a test with a plam tree and I took more 15 minutes to Viz to import the dxf file. I wonder if this trees would delay even more Maxwell render time?
thanks
