i had that message too a couple of times. i don't think it makes any difference though, it must be some kind of harmless bug. i think i remember something like that used to happen with an old alpha version as well.

It is not harmless. My rendering crashes after showing it for about 20-30 times. I do have a helper in the scene could this be the culprit?

are you using the cinemaxwell plugin ? I´ve had the same problem, and i thought it was because of the "null-objects", so i deleted all the null-objects in the scene, combined all objects of one material into one object (one polygon-object), and i didn´t get this message anymore...
perhaps this helps...

I am using the Max plugin. I imported these items from AutoCAD and noticed that it made them into children of null objects that had no geometry. They were blocks initially in AutoCAD. I broke the links and deleted all of the block referenced nulls (not geometry) objects. I am testing this route out now. These objects also had standard Max tecxtures on them so I made sure that all the objects had Maxwell textures on them.

Thanks for the suggestions. If this doesn't work then I will try the attatch all similar material objects into one mesh.
