I've got the same question... will there be a plugin for scketchup 2025. Would be great, cause I'm still using Sketchup for Interior Design...

Is there any update on whether there will be an update for Sketchup 2025? It would be good to know either way so I can plan ahead for the future. Thanks. I am hoping that there will be an update!

At the moment I have not installed 2025 as I was waiting for Maxwell and UE5 Datasmith installers. However, I think I will test the extension migration feature to see if it also brings the Maxwell plugin across.

Hello!

The update is finally out! I'm sorry it took a while, but we changed the developer in charge (he will take a better care of it, I think) so it took a while for him to get the hang of it and make it his own. Also, we took care of the of the new texture options in SketchUp so they were nicely converted to Maxwell when using the Automatic character; this opens an easy and powerful workflow regarding Maxwell materials creation. Besides, the SketchUp new environment is also taken into account by Maxwell when it is set to Image Based and its channels are set to "SketchUp Env."
