#399390
I would like to create a render that shows a background image as a ground element.
In other words, how do you create a ground object in Maxwell for ArchiCAD that is invisible but can receive shadows?
I have seen that FIRE in Maxwell Render has checkboxes that enable floating shadows and floating reflections to be created.
However, the Next Limit documentation site states that this feature is intended to exist in the FIRE preview only and not in the final render.
Why would Next Limit create a feature that is available in FIRE but not in a final render?
Next Limit also states that 'to get true shadows and reflections on your final production render you may need to create an actual ground plane with actual reflective and shadow catching properties.' What is the material parameter set-up required to achieve this?
