there are two versions :
Maxwell studio 4.0.0.6 ; Mon, 31 Oct 2016 | 544 Mb
and
Maxwell render 4.0.0.6 ; Mon, 31 Oct 2016 | 447 Mb

what is the difference between these versions and are these new updates ?

Inside any of them:

(4.0.0.6 is already in the official download area, we are just testing the v4 Early Builds site, that will start working next week)

So it's the same version. But now with release notes (yes, at least). But now we have working early builds site as before, and we will start uploading versions there every week or every other week at the beggining.

1 is maxwell render, the other maxwell studio.

but why two different versions ?
we always download one version include studio and render and the version from portal have size : 545 Mb ; when these two versions together have : 991 Mb

The reason is the new licensing. If you bought V4 for a plugin you could not have studio at all, so you don't care about it's early builds, only about render.

And yes, new version is heavier than before.

why you don't make one package and the user choose if he want install studio or not. Or this is not possible

Well, in that case they will be downloading a 900MB package when they only need 450. So... I think it's not that bad to download 2 packages. It's not like having to download 10 xd.

Sorry for the lot of questions
In the old versions i remember the updates have small sizes without need to redownload hdr , scenes , textures...
Why you don't create an update with small size for plugins and for studio?
