Not seeing this here, please try refreshing the page or using a different browser. Or, since you're logged in here, try downloading the 3.2.0.0 RC1 installer from the early builds page.

I have downloaded through my Mac but that button still doesn't work in IE (I know, but we have to use it).

I think the downloads should be zipped instead of being offered as bare .exe files.
