Hi,
Now in V3, in MXED texture picker there's a new parameter: rotation
It's missing and ignored in max in embedded materials.
In referenced materials is taken into account at render time, but not in max viewport.
Edit: It looks like it happens the same thing with override map parameters, which are missing/ignored.
