Seghier, what you show there are volumetric caustics :) Although very pretty they will be slower to render than if you just use a bright material for the volumetric and have enough contrast in the space you're trying to add light beams to. It would be worth to try different material approaches for volumetrics to see which ones give the brightest beams.

hi Mihai ; is the bright material show the rays of the light ? i use glass because the light distributed in all direction and don't give me the good result
i use cornell box to control the light and block the floor from the red light but the floor receive the rays from the cornell box ; for that i use glass spheres

I understand why you did it, just mentioning so other users know your approach will make it render slower since it's volumetric caustics you are creating there. You can always focus/limit the spread of your light instead by placing it in a cylinder for example, or use one of the spot light IES files.

always the problem of distribution of the light in all directions
Always? Are you sure? This is with an IES from the included library:

You CAN do it your way, just it doesn't seem the most practical way, and it will be by far the slowest.

the scene i create have small dimensions
when i use the thinnest ies i can't get good result . you see in the cornell box i used it and worked fine but not for small scene
if there is a possiblity to scale the ies ?
this is the link of the model in grabcad
