hi ..

i've seen in maya 2008 that the diffraction FREQUENCY value is not transported to mxcl when rendering out an image from within maya...
it's kept at 500.

the other thing i found is in mxcl.
when i stop the rendering in mxcl, started from maya, and alter the the simuLens values, the vignetting value jumps back to the value before when restarting the render instead of using the new value.

i hope someone can certify this too ! (RE-RENDER, not resume !!)

It's a MXCL issue and all plug-ins are affected. It will be corrected for the next update.
