for my taste the Cam agle is too wide.. the curtains are nice, but they look like they hang to nothing .. the half black screen.. starnge.. put smething on the table.. even just a couple magazines..

Lower the ISO a little..
maybe shut off the lights.. well in the middle of the day, it looks like waisted electricity..

voila

Nice job, love the rug! Looks a little blown out, like herve said, lower the camera iso, or check the multi light box in the render options, you can play after its rendered, like a free night time shot, its the coolest thing
I would throw a book or some glasses on the table, its the easiest thing to miss when you've nearly finished a job, are there handles on the windows? And the curtains look odd on only one side, the wood floor texture looks a little colourless and i'm not sure if you have cornices on the ceiling of architraves, i would be adding those.
Look forward to an update.

Cheers

Brett

edit: maybe some tree clipmaps outside the window would be nice too.

Nice rendering!
Items of concern are:
Rug looks "spikey". (Not soft)
Reflection on TV.
What are the curtains hanging on?
Walls could use some color. (Paintings?)

Theres a cool LCD material on the mxm site, you add it to a poly plane and voila displacement TV, havent tried it yet but it sounded like a cool idea.

Cheers

So, is this a known issue?
