I posted this clip to see if other people thought it was as funny/sad as I did... Soon the thread was hijacked and there were people telling other people why their opinion is not worthy to be heard. Gimme a break.

Moral of the story: Politicians lie. We get to vote for the lesser evil in elections.

I'm no Bush "fan" nor "hater," but I am an avid student of history, particularly the history of this country. Most Americans have an absolutely frightening lack of historical perspective, which is why a lot of people - say 50-75 years from now - are going to be real surprised when Bush goes into the history books as one of our greatest presidents. He's considered only slightly less retarded, inept, incompetent, and irresponsible for the war he's committed his country to - for worse reasons - than Abraham Lincoln, for whom Americans were openly rioting against in the streets in protest. They even shot him. If this seems absolutely insane to you, you haven't read enough about our former Presidents.

"One of our greatest presidents"!!?? Jebus on a stick! You gotta be kidding me...mverta, being 63 I lived through much of what we call history today. If you can fantasize Bush being called one of our greatest presidents you have a better imagination than me.

My favorite quote of his is: "The constitution? It's nothing but a goddammed piece of paper". That's one of our greatest president's speaking for sure.

He is a national embarrassment...

And dilbert...where were Cheney and Bush during Vietnam?
