Nearest 'city' is Inverness...........that's a 1hr drive to the port at Stromness, then a 2hr boat ride across the Pentland Firth, then 4hrs drive once you hit the mainland............good job I'm not addicted to Ikea.....

What happens if you need to get an ambulance to the nearest hospital for surgery which is like eh ..7 hours away!

How do you get any food out there ? i hope you don't have to hunt for it with bow and arrow when you're hungry.

Great places you guys live at now i'm getting envious and desperately wanna move outta this crap place i'm at.
