Glow on the mic comes from dof and post levels. Hair is shave and haircut as a non-maxwell pass. He'll post a wire for sure

The skin looks a little dry though, does it have a spec map? Thinking he would sweat quite a lot during a concert And it would make more interesting highlights, especially on the right side where that spot is shining.
