Thanks thxraph,
This one was easy to set but it is just too clean.
I finally understood that the environment is much more important than I thought when you want nice reflections, nice shadows and caustics.
I have to work on that.

I dare posting what I've got with my new HDR.
Rendered in 17h30 SL16 2400x1800
I think it looks better than the first one and I hope you will like it.

Yes, much nicer.
Even the frosted glasses are looking very good for SL 16.
What size HDR did you use?
I've been working with 4000x to 7000x in one dimension and it seems to help clear *rough* glass pretty well.

Thanks...I'm happy I'm not the only one finding it better :D
The HDR size is 3500...you're right, the noise clears faster with big HDR images.
Thanks for the comments and advices which helped me getting it better

Here is another shot from the same scene.
It was just for fun...I added water but I'm not happy with it.

The image has improved a bit from before.

One comment: The handle of the raiser is currently too bark... almost like a black-hole.

Coming nicely, Pierre. Now my suggestion is taking care of your fresnel settings. It's controlled by Nd number. For example, your basin still seems quite unrealistic because the coating on it and/or the base has high Nd value which turns on the reflections mirror-like and kills the fresnel ramp. There are other items suffering from same problem, too. Also, let's tweak these materials if you have time. ;) Btw, do you know why do you have splotches on the wall? In my tests my wall comes quite flat and it should be.

Thanks for the advice Tom...But how do you determine what value you use ?...just guess and test ?
Also I'll have to check the razor handle material as suggested by Thomas.

Yeah, the shower head is great. Overall nicely framed renders, but they do lack the little something, maybe it's the darkness as JCAddy mentioned.

Thanks for your comments guys...
I still have difficulties with the light.
When I put more light, some parts of the images get burned...I have to work on that.
