perhaps you are using the "old" mirror on the NL server?
(On that location the RC5 is not available anymore. I think they should close/redirect that mirror, because the plugins are out of date too. )

Nah.. it would go agaist Next Limit policy. They need to at least anounce it and fail to deliver it a few times before we actually get it.
