Hi, Does anybody know how to combat a failed license activation? I have been using Maxwell Render V2 with Rhino 4.0 since purchasing it in 2012 but have recently been unable to access Maxwell Render through Rhino. The window "exception has occured" pops up and I am unable to render using Maxwell. I tried downloading V3, full version and plug in for the correct format which now allows me to use Maxwell plug in but when I have finished setting up the render variables I cannot start the rendering process, a window opens requesting a license activation. I have copied and pasted the same licence details as before but it fails. I would be really grateful is anybody has any ideas as to how I could tackle this problem. (I am waiting for a response from Next limit gateway).

V3 is a paying upgrade, your V2 license won't work with V3. You can see the upgrade pricing here:
