Offset and Focal Length scriptable in Maxwell Script?

1. Are "offset" and "focal length" camera options scriptable within Maxwell Script?
2. Does the scripting section of the Render 2.5 Manual cover all existing script commands and option or are there more described somewhere else or available on request?
