"Hidden From Camera" Doesn't Seem to Work

I am just a noob learning Maxwell so forgive me if there is some obvious thing I'm not doing right here. I am using Maxwell Render 2.7.20.0 x64 with Rhino 4, with Windows 8.1. I have placed some emitters in my building and checked the "hidden from camera" box, but when I render they are clearly visible and not at all hidden. Is there something I'm missing?
Here is a screenshot of my emitter and with the "hidden from camera" box checked:

Here is a sample of the same view rendered:

Thanks in advance!

Are they behind window panels? Glass maybe?

Yes. I was experimenting with some glass. Is that somehow making the emitter show up?

Yes. Seeing an object through a dielectric involves refraction. Therefore, you additionally need to hide it from reflections/refractions.

i use ags material for glass . one sphere with emitter material and hide from camera work fine

If your glass is a regular glass (with refraction), the object should be hidden from refractions, I think.

Hiding from reflection/refraction did the trick! Thanks!

why you don't use ags material

If your glass has a frame it's better to use AGS (which has no refraction); it's faster to render.
Seghier is like AGS: faster.

Thanks for the AGS suggestion - I just figured out how to add that material with the wizard.
