Video file in color chanel ?

I would like to use a video file in the color chanel ? I tryed to load a quicktime file, but this is not working ;(
Is there a way to load a sequence of images?

Which modeling application are you using? Video files are not supported, but many hosts support image sequences (individual frames) in various ways: Maya, Max, XSI etc.

I´m working with cinema4D ... it´s possible to use videos in the material channel in cinema, but would like to used it with maxwell materials ...

In c4d plug its not implemented yet
...except for conversion of a native c4d material using the luminance channel with a sequence of hdr, this works for a 'tv-set' animation, or a timelapse sky.
