Hi
Why reflections are displaced? How to fix the problem?

It's a geometry smoothing issue. The faces are probably not perfectly parallel.

Can I fix it in the Studio? model was created in C4D.

You should probably fix it in C4D. If you want to make the reflections continuous across both surfaces, just make sure the vertices are on flat on that axis, then give them the same smoothing group. I don't know C4D, but that's how I would do it in Max. Good luck.

if the goal is a photo-real image, put it back on :)

in reality non of these surfaces can be perfectly co-planar, so reflections do jump, maybe a little less than in your example.
making it "perfect" introduces some CG-harshness i'd try to avoid, but i am just expressing my personal view...
