Dear all,

Just bought v2.7 learning edition..however, there is STILL A watermark all over the renderings (ie. the maxwell logo in black).

I thought the learning edition was not supposed to have watermark? Otherwise...what's the point in paying....or is this a bug? I feel ripped off if it wasn't
a bug.

Prior, I was running v2.6 trial.

Please help!

It is not supposed to have a watermark; if it does, that means the application is not licensed. So the first question would be: have you activated your license? If not, or if you are not sure, you should open Maxwell Render and go to Help > License Info. If Maxwell is not currently licensed on the machine, a Choose your license type dialog should pop up, allowing you to choose between Maxwell Render Learning Edition and Maxwell Render. Choosing the first and clicking OK, a Maxwell Render License Activator window will be shown, prompting you to enter your email, password, and license key (this information should have been sent to you by email when you purchased). When you have entered that information, click the Activate button, and your license will be activated with the NL license server.

Hi Eric and JD,

The license was activated hence i was surprised to find that the watermark was still there.
Will try a clean install..although previously I did uninstall the trial version prior to installing.

Sincerely,
Nappy
