Problems with camera mapping in c4d

I'm sorry I cannot upload a photo at this stage.
Are there any known issues regarding the use of camera mapping in cinema 4d?
My scene is basically an hdri (uploaded into the scene as background reflection etc) and a plane with a 16bit .png with camera mapping applied. The camera is the camera in current use.
I also applied mirror finish to a ball to explore the reflections, at the bottom of the screen there seems to be some sort of zigzags on the floor and the image is distorted, The reflections are pretty dodgy as well... anyone know of this issue or how to fix it?
Thanks all, I will try to upload an image tomorrow
thanks

Jules

I am not aware of any issues with camera mapping:

So could you please describe the nature of the issue you are seeing? Since it is just a UV mapping, you may want to increase the number of segments in your plane. Regarding reflections, it sounds similar, but could also be related to this.

Here is the weird effect, I have somehow got rid of it though, in the next render I used hypernurbs to subdivide and I also used a different camera to map it.
In all honesty I don't know exactly how I solved the problem but I am not complaining... Hopefully the problem will stay away now!
Thanks
