MXI batch processing issue

Hi all,
we've output a series of mxi files of simple emitters and want to run them through batch processing where we'll add some Diffraction.
When we import a single frame in to maxwell render the Diffraction works fine, but when we run a batch process the Diffraction effect doesn't get applied.
