NON OCCLUDINg OBJECT

hi all,

it's possible to make an object "NON OCCLUDING" the lights but remaining visible and computing the GI?

i need to see it in the scene, i need it is in the computation of the GI but i need that the light of the sky could passing through.

Sorry I read it like he was trying to make a light, In that case the request reads; 'Is it possible to make a one-sided material' and no its not possible in a single render.

EDIT: Found a way to do this, no speed penalty. Looks quite odd ofcourse.
