pack and go problem

I was preparing my scene to be sent to the renderfarm, deleted everything unused (hidden objects, unused materials, unused cameras...), saved the cleaned up scene with a new name, test rendered ok.
Saved a Pack and Go in a folder. DID NOT test rendered the pack and go scene, since I thought it was just a copy of the original scene. My bad, because it wasn't...
Sent the image to the renderfarm.

This is the result (kept only a few object from the original scene):

original scene

pack and go of the same scene

Double checked any single parameter, they're definitely the same.
More than 300 euros thrown out of those windows... :x
Anyway, my bad, I should've checked the pack and go scene...

In my case, Pack & Go of mxs exporter in 3ds Max cannot copy the environment hdri.
So my P&G process is ;
1. Export .MXS file using 3ds Max export
2. Open .MXS file in Maxwell Studio
3. Pack n Go

I think it's similar case of you.

Thanks sandykoufax, but that's not my case.
I ALWAYS work in Studio, I only use the plugins to export the models to Maxwell, then everything is made in Studio (materials, lighting... even some positioning).
That scene doesn't even have a hdri, it has sky and sun (which turned black after the pack and go process, even if all the parameters are the same as they were before doing the pack and go).
The funny thing is I have two perfectly identical scenes which renders differently...

Have any of the Physical Sky parameters changed? Time, Lat/Long etc...

No, that's the funny thing, they're unchanged.
I've deleted most of the objects from the scenes (both the original and the one I got from the pack and go process), flushed the unused materials and tried a new render, the results are those in the post above.
What I still have to try is to change some of the sun/sky parameters and see what happens.
