Are all the nodes updated to V 2.6 and licensed? That's the first thing I would check.

I stop using the 2.6 because it ignore the HDR illumination

I use HDR for illuminating most of my scenes, and 2.6 works great. Feel free to upload a simplified MXS scene where you are having problems.
