Quick Import/Materials question

Hello everyone.

I've got 140 frames of animation saved to my computer as a series of MXS files. Is it possible to open frame001, apply materials/UV mapping in Studio, save it, then import frame002 (which consists of all the same parts) and instantly have it apply the same materials/mapping to all those objects?

I'm a bit stuck if this isn't possible, as doing each frame individually would take longer than we have time for.

I've tried having Frame001 open and complete, then going to Import > Frame002 > Replace The Old One (for all parts) and testing each check box, but they didn't seem to self-apply the materials. Any help would be great - thanks!

why wouldn't you just re-assign the material/mapping to the object(s) in your host app then re-export the mxs sequence?

Because, sadly, I use SolidWorks which doesn't have much UV mapping control at all - especially for detailed areas. I really needed to use Maxwell for it to get the result the client's looking for.
