Maxwell Render | Official public forum

Hi, I'm new to Maxwell, haven't even done my first render yet and I've already messed something up. I'm hoping I can find a solution on here amongst you knowledgeable Maxwellians.

In my material editor I can see a folder called 'arroway_v2' which came with Maxwell. I've tried using these materials today but I get a 'missing texture' warning. It's looking in the arroway texture folder and on closer inspection I only seem to have 3 textures in there for the first 3 arroway board materials. I have no idea what I've done but I cannot find any of the missing textures anywhere on my drive. I'm assuming these didn't install properly?

Is there anyway or anywhere to get these textures back? I found one post that said they could be found under 'additional content' in the customer gateway but I think the gateway might have changed because I couldn't find that tab? There doesn't seem to be anything in the web material gallery, in the manual, or in the resources or goodies sections of this forum. Don't know where else to look.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

You can get the textures for the samples here:

I will say before you do so that it should also be said that those textures are not the same as what you will get if you buy the arroway materials -- I have a larger set here:

Which are meant to be used with the full rez Arroway materials, which you can purchase here:

http://www.arroway-textures.com/en/products/edition-1

Just drop the full rez Arroway textures into the appropriate folder -- but the sample textures from Maxwell will not work with my materials correctly.
