Hi Everyone,

I just install window7 recently and I have problem of my Maxwell 2.0 ( unregistered license was showing)
I did copy and paste my lisense in Next Limit/ Maxwell 2/ folder already. I was install MW 1.7 version on my laptop (window 7) and the license was register porperly, once I upgarde my MW 1.7 to MW 2.0, Maxwell studio 2.0 is showing unregistered license. I wonder how can I register my license porperly?

If you open the core render app (Maxwell) and go to the Help> License Info menu item you can enter your license there.

Also, there is a more current version of Maxwell available for free (2.5)

Thanks for your information! I did follow your instruction, but I have problem to copy and paste my license there. I did try copy my DAT file and paste there, it doesn't work and I try to open my license by wordpad and copy and paste my license it doesn't work as well. Did I miss anything?
Would you mind provide me more detail how to do add my license there?

I'm not really sure what could be the problem there -- It worked for me that way, have you tried just re-typing it instead of copy and paste?

I was upgrade form version 1.0 to 2.0. Is it when people upgrade from 1.0 to 2.0 should receive a new license to run 2.0? I'm totaly forgot am I have new license for 2.0 or not? Is anyone can give me a advice?

What you will need to do to check to see the V2 license is logon here: https://portal.nextlimit.com/

Thanks for your time! I just realize I have my new 2.0 license key for my MW2.0. I was entering my 1.0 license. I just install my 2.0 properly now.
