Maxwell Render Crashes in V2.5

Hi,

Since installing V2.5 I have had constant crashes when I leave maxwell to render. It usually gets over SL12 then I get something like in the image attached.

I'm running my machine overclocked so its pretty warm (~50-60C) could this be the problem? Didn't seem to give me any problems with the previous version.

Anyone else having this problem?

Regards,
Andy

Could you check if rendering without bottle or liquid avoids crash?

Hi Tom,

I'm about to head away for the weekend, I believe I have had crashes on materials that were not transparent or SSS. Ill leave a render going and let you know Monday.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your help on this. The other scene I was having the same problem with had an image emitter behind glass.

I have tried creating some scenes - including SSS inside glass - and they have rendered correctly, with out crashing. Im wondering if it was due to these scenes being created in a previous version of maxwell.

The scene version shouldn't be a problem but, you could send us the scene and we can find why it crashes.
