Portal not working?

Hi all,

We're looking to upgrade from v1 to v2. I logged into the portal today and there the upgrade option seems to have vanished - I can only purchase full licenses. Also I am now denied access to the download and links areas of the portal. Is this the same for everyone or is it just us?!

I just tested it here and i can access the download area although it responds a bit slower than normal. The upgrade thingy only points to purchasing full licenses as you said, i'm not sure what happend there but drop them a email to get the best reply from the source.

I get this error when trying the download area:

"You do not have access to the download site. Please contact us for assistance."

Next Limit is aware of the problem. I'm sure they are working to get it resolved quickly.

Thanks guys, good to know we're not the only ones. Hopefully I can get my hands on v2 tomorrow.
