Loading MXI - section missing

I've just produced a set of renders for a project I'm working on currently, and wanted to reload the first one to generate some extra visuals using the multilight settings. When I load the MXI file however, the image - when on the Render channel - is cut off. at the top. Oddly when I highlight the Alpha channel the whole thing appears. Please refer to the images below...
Stuff to note...
Running 64-bit Windows XP
Resuming MXI in Maxwell Render 2.1.0.0
Render was previously a Blow-Up Region render. Would this be a potential problem when resuming?
I think I saw a topic on this recently but couldn't find it. Any help on this would be great, thanks!

Nothing on this? I've experienced it a couple more times now - it seems to be happening when reloading or resuming a blow up region render. Having to render the images again, it looks like.

Hello RobMitchell,
Yes, resuming a BlowUp region is possible, but it will preserve the original region.
If you need to render the whole scene, you may need to relaunch the render (not resuming it).

Hi Dario Lanza, thanks for the reply. I'm not trying to render the whole scene, however. This result is appearing when I try to resume my render within it's original Blow Up Region it started in. As you can see it's being cut off at the top when viewing the Render channel.

turn off color on multilight rendering settings. you have to set light color in modeling software or studio. you can render multilight intensity, and disabled and get the whole image. But if you set it to color you will get a black bar on your MXI.

Thanks for the tip, 3dforall! Definitely something to keep in mind for future renders. Sadly that can't be the solution for this particular issue as my multilight settings were only set to Intensity, and not Colour.
