I have this wackload of frame files exported from Maya and I renderered a bunch but now I have the problem that they need to be cooked a little longer. Is there an easy way to tell Maxwell to take a series of MXI files and bring them up to SL whatever? Command line would be preferable.

You can do this with the network wizard, don't know about command line.

All you have to do is point to the files you want to render, and add a specified S.L. (that's higher than the original of course) and it will ask you if you would like to start or resume.

You can do it with scripting. In version 2.1,there is a script (inside scripts folder) that does exactly this for animations. You will have to adapt the paths and so, but should be really easy to adapt to your needs.
