Can anyone help?

What is the best way to save a rendered image file? My rendering looks great in Maxwell Renderer but once I save it, png or tiff, the image is dark and dull, it looks nothing like what was visible in Maxwell. What am I doing wrong?

Probably you are using Windows Preview to watch 32-Bit Tiff files? They display wrong, use Photoshop or save 16/8 Bit Tiffs.

There is no "best" way - it always depends on your software and what you plan to do with your image.

There is a thread around here talking about that although i couldn't find it. According to the thread it had to do with a difference in colorspace between photoshop and maxwell render. I'll post a link if I can find that.
