I don't really care about this new multishadow thing but it looks great... What I like most, is the long list of bug fixes! A lot of work has been done!
Congratulations!
I like the new colors for the icons and the new Red color for MXST splash screen.
The new skydome is great!
The new menu over the viewport is a nice addition!
The new options for network rendering are great!

still can't download after about 40 failed attempts. Have you guys considered releasing a privately-hosted torrent or something for these first few days that the server is dead?

I think you'll love the new shadow channel when you have any compositing work to do
It's not just that you can get separate shadow channels for each light but that now the shadow pass takes into account full GI and works great with any lighting.

the new network features look very promising. Its really nice to see that Next Limit Team listens to the customers requests!

Im downloading but want to make sure that the "maxwell_2.1.0.0_patch" is the new patch that was released yesterday before i install?

Yes, you can download patch only if you already have 2.0.x installed
