Cooperative render not merging (OS X)

Thanks to Spain's victory in the Football World Cup, I've bought a rendernode license but I've encountered a problem : MXI files from the main machine and the rendernode (both OS X) aren't automatically merged when the render is finished. The resulting MXI files are available in the tmp folder of both machines, and I can merge them manually, but automatic merging fails (the MXI and PNG files are there, but they're empty).
I suspect a problem with the way the network paths are formated when the render is configured. Any help?

No one doing network rendering on OS X???
I asked tech support (through the gateway), but still no answer. The manual isn't much help, although it has a network tip section for OS X.

I wish I could help, but I don't have OSX... Windows only.
Maybe try sending nachob a PM?

Thank you Bubbaloo and mgroeteke!
Regarding the PM to nachob, I thought that requesting tech support through the gateway was the right way to do it! It's always annoying when a company doesn't respond to tech support requests (not even a word like "you're an idiot, it's so simple", or the famous "we're working on it").
As the bug (?) isn't blocking, and mgroeteke seems to be quite confident about it's resolution, I'll wait patiently...

It is the right way. I don't have a good answer why they didn't respond...
