why background image are influenced by enviroment lighting?

imo this is not good... if i put and hdri just as a background ( not using illumination channel) i dont want it to be influenced by enviroment ligt...
if u use multilight this could make very difficult to match model ligthing with background lighting one of the two tend to be over\underexposed

Render alpha and composite = full control.

yes i knew i could do like that but since we have the possibility of using images as background would be nice they would work properly...it doesnt seams logical that an image that is not used in illumination channell would change his illumination with enviroment
