Feedback on the upgrade process!

Hi Guys. I hope you don't mind me posting this on your forum where many interesting things are discussed. I just had to say, after a long while away from Maxwell, I came back because I received the email about the April deal. My job took me in another direction where I wasn't able to use Maxwell but now I have that chance to use Maxwell again.

Anyway, I just wanted to give Nextlimit a big thumbs up for the great experience the customer portal provides. Upgrading was very easy and I had my new Maxwell in minutes. I'm a very happy customer.

Unfortunately, I don't have the funds to upgrade all my licenses at this point. I really wish I had the money to upgrade all my licenses but that time will have to come later. However, I do thank you guys for the great deal and the all around great experience with the upgrade.

Now I get to relearn Maxwell with v2 and I can only imagine how much improved it is.

Let me second what sacslacker has to say. I, too, was happy about the April special as I don't make money from my renderings and the cost was keeping me from upgrading.

Now that I have V2 I am extremely please by all of the improvements.

I've been away for a while too and just decided to upgrade, unfortunately it kept saying my Address field was missing an entry (when it wasnt) from my info when i tried to pay and then the payment wouldnt go through at all, now i have to wait for a Next Limit employee to contact me :(, oh well, not their fault but still annoying, wanted to test it out soon and now dont know how long i will have to wait

Anyway nice to be back on the forums :)
