Crash when opening a MXI

I installed v2.0.3 yesterday and rendered a scene using MultiLights. When opening the MXI today, to tweak some lights, then Maxwell crashes when trying to load the MXI. Have tried this on two different Maxwell workstations and it crashes on both, every time. We use Mac OS X 10.6.2. Do I need to re-render this scene for a couple of hours or is it possible to open the MXI in some other way?

Could you upload this MXI somewhere and send the link to me? You can zip/rar the mxi first.

you need to open the mxi in the same version you have render

we are seeing this issue as well intermittently.
we are all on V2.0.3
seems to be consistent with any region render mxi that we create.
cant open, just crashes out.
going to run some more tests today.
i'll post some mxi if i can come to any conclusions...or perhaps even if i cant.....

Actually I have the same problem. Area render, multilight. Render has finished and written the MXI, but the MXI can't be read afterwards.
Any work-arounds?

Same here so I rolled back to 2.0.2. I guess everyone's desperately waiting for the much needed 2.0.4 patch.
Hanging in there once more...
