emitter from texture !?

Hey Team,
I was wondering why I can't emitter from the texture in my render.. anyone has same problem ?

What's your image format? It has to be MXI or HDR. You don't necessarily need the original image to have the full 32bits of colour information but it must be saved as MXI or HDR. I just used a screen grab of my desktop for an image of a laptop which was only an 8bit image but I converted it to 32bit and saved as HDR then it nicely illuminated the scene.

You might need to increase the intensity. FYI: I just tried a plain 8bit image and it worked, although I use 16 bit for these.

thanks guys, but I didn't mention that this problem appears on MaxwellRender 2 only
I always doing it in MR 1
