Change the sun power to lower than 1

I would like to change the sun power to lower than 1. It´s neither working with the Cinema Plugin nor in studio. It worked with V 1.7 and it is also desribed in the manual. Does anybody has an idea why it isn´t working?

It will be working in the next update. There wasn't time to include this fix in the current version.
