Hi
Is it posible to have a layer blending in normal mode (masked) with layers under it, but having internal BSDFs of that layer blending in additive?

No, not with the new layer system. You can only have additive layers, not additive bsdf's within one layer. But I think you can still accomplish this with 2 layers with 1 bsdf instead of 1 layer with 2 bsdf's.

Bottom one in normal mode, and top one in additive, right? Both masked if needed.

Making the bottom one "normal" is not necessary. Because, Maxwell will do it internally.

I was thinking about the tipical label material with more layers under the label. Imagine a material that, in 1.7, I would have made with two BSDFs (the label) and under it I have glass or whatever.

Yes, you can stack as much as you like.
