Preview in Maxwell preview is very different from render

I haven't been able to really use the preview panel with multilight the way I usually do with 1.7 since it's so inaccurate in 2.0. It seems to have a uniform grid dither over it that is a single colour so it is basically useless. Anyone else seeing this?

is it happening during computation? i've noticed it happen only when you're moving sliders around during image/sl update when the mxi is computing. never experienced it as a constant.

I think it shows when some of the values of multilight are very high

ok - so it's not just the Mac version that's affected. My multilight values weren't very high either.
