Hallo Next limit, hope someone of you might peek in here

Upgraded on saturday one of my licenses to version 2, Yet, I have not recieved the file, nor an answer by the company (yes, I wrote twice already). The license upgrade correctly appears in the maxwell gateway, yet no file or news. Please, I'm stuck in the middle of a work and waiting to start renderings with 2.0 (speed issues are important on this project).
