Hi,

Two questions actually,

1. Is it possible to change the decimal precision in Studio so I can use smaller displacement than 0,1 cm?

2. Also, what does a negative displacement value mean?

Regards,

I agree it would be nice with one extra decimal there. If you try to switch to percentage and type in the lowest value you can 0,1 then you should get very very small displacement, it's not a fix just some sorta workaround until NL fixes the decimalprecision for real.

How is it in the different plugins?

Right-click on the Displacement > Height numeric input box, choose Decimal precision, set the value you want and click OK. Studio will remember the value you set between sessions. Negative height values just reverse the displacement - the same as if you inverted the map.

Decimal precision works different in plugins because they are completely separate applications from Studio.
