Will there the option anywhere to get a package including the printed manual, and Maxwell including the ressources on CD/DVD?

I remember something like this was available for 1.something?

Yes would be cool for 2.0 too.
But more and more Companies stopped to print paper manuals. Licensed 3dmax 2010 some time ago and was really impressed by the fact that Autodesk doesn't print manuals anymore.
I like reading in the envening or just getting a quick look on printed paper.

I like to have something in my hands ,too ... but that's just me.
